Crossover episode intended to be Episode 1 of Season 2 of the Lone Gunmen (never aired). The gang get a call from the Lone Gunmen - X has tracked them down. After a hilarious interlude when Eugene gets stuck in the train toilets, Fox, Alex and Eugene arrive to help and set elaborate traps all over Gunmen Manor.
Dana gets a job working as a nanny for two bratty children, and gets them to behave by singing increasingly nonsensical and strained musical numbers for them, including “A Spoonful Of Tidying Your Bedroom”, “Wash The Dishes (Tuppence A Bag)” and “It’s A Jolly Holiday With Taking The Garbage Out”. Eventually, they get wise to her and stop doing what they’re told. In the end, Eugene eats them both just to get them to shut up.
A hilarious photo of Scully’s dog is posted online. It develops a huge internet following, and Scully becomes more and more disturbed by the fans it has attracted, including those who cosplay as her Pomeranian. Alex starts a site selling t-shirts but manages to make the dog so ubiquitous as to kill the meme stone dead.
A bowling ball lands on Eugene’s head while he is clearing out a closet in the apartment. He becomes good as a result and loses his taste for livers. He continues to get hit on the head throughout the course of the episode and switches back and forth between good and evil. Bodycount: 4.
Dana has to go back to her family home for Thanksgiving dinner. She is in a bind because she has told her family she has a boyfriend. She wants to take Alex with her and make him pretend that he’s her boyfriend so as to keep up the pretense. Alex gets a flat tyre on the way to the airport so Dana has to take Eugene with her instead. Situational fish-out-of-water comedy results. Dana’s parents are eventually overjoyed to discover that Dana isn’t dating Eugene after all.
Eugene becomes a luchadore after seeing one on TV. He becomes completely obsessed with the sport due to his abilities making it easy for him to win, and because of the fans’ strong support. He alienates Alex, Fox and Dana until he realises that his friends are more important than the world of Mexican masked wrestling, as they love him for who is under the mask, except Alex who isn’t actually that fond of him.
Everyone in the apartment building is sweltering in the summer heat because Eugene has been crawling around in the ducts and messing up everyone’s air conditioning. Alex and Fox are the only ones who have a working a/c unit, though it is stuck on full blast. Everyone in the building tries to get into their apartment through a variety of farcical means, but Alex and Fox keep them out, right up until the end where Alex decides to start charging to let people hang out in their apartment.
Eugene, housebound due to severe allergies, catches sight of the Cigarette Smoking Man out behind their apartment building, and is convinced he has seen him killing someone. Dana, who is running errands for Eugene, doesn’t believe it. A Rear Window homage episode ensues; in the end, turns out Eugene was right.
Dana gets together with Sven, a hunky Danish guy. Fox is wildly jealous and wants to break them up, and enlists Eugene’s help. Eugene is extremely weird at Sven and Sven eventually “runs away” i.e. Eugene eats him.
Eugene sets up a company selling drain unblockers which he has modelled on his own physique. They are wildly successful and Eugene becomes very rich. He gets together briefly with Dana who finds his new confidence endearing; she dumps him after a disgusting set-piece involving raw sewage. He loses all his money to the IRS after Alex tips them off as he is a dick.
